About Johanna

Johanna is currently pursuing her degree in Social Work with a minor in Business at the University of Texas. Balancing academics with hands-on experience, she brings genuine care and a strong sense of responsibility to her work.

She’s focused, organized, and committed to making sure every case gets the attention it deserves. Her goal is to make the legal process easier for clients by keeping them informed and making sure no detail is missed.

Her favorite part of the job is giving people a voice when they need it most and making sure their concerns are taken seriously. For many clients, Johanna is one of the first people they speak to – someone who listens, supports, and guides them through the next steps with warmth and clarity.

Her professional journey started as a cashier at Hollister, but this role at Jay Murray has been her best so far. She’s learned the value of teamwork, patience, and communication, and credits Hugo, one of her biggest supporters, for constantly pushing her to aim higher. Her parents are her greatest cheerleaders, and everything she does is driven by her desire to make them proud.

Johanna grew up in Mesquite in a close, tight-knit family with three sisters. Family has always been at the center of her life, and her father has been her biggest influence. She admires his determination and ability to find a way through any challenge, a mindset she carries into her own work.

Her friends describe her as determined, open-minded, and always smiling. In her free time, she enjoys Pilates and cherishes time with her nephew, whom she proudly calls one of the best things to happen to her.

If Johanna could have any superpower, she’d choose teleportation! She believes it will help her fulfill her one cherished dream – to travel the world. Her greatest lesson so far: pace yourself, stay grounded, and keep learning.
