About Ashley

Our new case manager, Ashley, comes with a strong foundation in legal support and commitment to helping clients navigate difficult moments with structure and care. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies, a Paralegal Certification, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Penn Foster College, equipping her with both practical and academic insight into the legal process.

In her role, Ashley focuses on organization, communication, and advocacy behind the scenes. She works closely with attorneys to strengthen cases and ensure that every detail is properly developed. She recalls with satisfaction a matter where, after an initial insurance offer fell short, she gathered additional documentation and worked with the attorney to strengthen the case, ultimately helping secure a higher settlement.

Ashley’s path into the legal field is rooted in lived experience. Growing up, she spent time in and around courtrooms due to family circumstances, which gave her early exposure to how the system works. That experience shaped her interest in the law and continues to inform her practical, grounded approach to case management.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Ashley moved to the United States at a young age and was raised in Pennsylvania as the youngest of six siblings. She values the life she has built through growth and hard work more than anything.

Ashley’s two children, Arianna and Adonis, remain her strongest source of motivation. Her work is guided by a simple principle: when you put good into the world, it finds its way back.

Colleagues describe her as ambitious, dependable, and hardworking. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her children, engaging in her faith, and continuing to pursue both personal and professional growth. She looks forward to furthering her legal education in the future, to complete law school and pass the bar.
