About Esmeralda

Growing up in Dallas, TX (as the middle child of a blended family of five children) taught Esmeralda to take ownership long before she ever heard the term “responsible.” This work ethic still shines through everything she does today.

She is currently pursuing a degree in paralegal studies at Bryant & Stratton College. She has developed much valuable real-world experience over the years and has worked at several restaurants, including Boomer Jack’s Grill & Bar. She also has experience working at multiple law firms and other industries such as restaurants and bars including Boomer Jack’s Grille & Bar. Each of these jobs provided her with something that no college could provide, which included learning how people see things differently, patience, and genuine connections with people who are going through extremely tough times.

As a mother to four children ages 6-15, they are loud, crazy, amazing, and the center of Esmeralda’s world.

Off-the-clock, Esmeralda enjoys having cook-outs, watching her children play sports, watching movies, spending time for herself…and lots of other fun stuff!

Describing herself as ambitious, humble, hard-working, and completely trusting that everything is happening exactly as it should.
